How It Works
From Discord ticket to live nodes in four steps.

Join the Discord
Hop in the server and open a hosting ticket. Make sure you have your node license purchased so we can guide you from there.

Tell us what you want hosted
Provide your hosting information:
- How many of each node you want to run
- Email for invoicing
- API key or identifier your ecosystem requires

We Deploy Your Node
We handle the setup and ping you once your node is live. After you confirm it's online, we send your first invoice.

Pay your invoice
Invoices arrive by email through Xero. Pay with PayPal, or with a credit/debit card through Stripe. Welcome to HostDudes!
If your node has issues later, open a support ticket and we will do our best to get it back up and online.

What does "fully handled" actually mean?
We handle getting your node set up and helping keep it running. You do not need to touch a server or dig through logs.
What if I want an ecosystem that isn't listed yet?
Jump into Discord and ask. We regularly evaluate new ecosystems, especially ones similar to what we already support.
Is Discord support really included at no extra charge?
Yes. Discord support is included with all hosted nodes at no extra charge.
Can I run multiple nodes on one machine?
Yes, within the same ecosystem. For example, a Founders and a TownStar node can share one Virtual Machine (VM) and you only pay per node. Different ecosystems, like Gala and LFG, run on separate VMs.
How does the promo pricing work?
The $4.99 per node per month rate applies to all currently listed ecosystems while the promo is active. Regular pricing is $10.99 per node per month.
What if I only want to start with one node?
That is totally fine. Start with one and add more whenever you are ready.
Do I need any technical knowledge to get started?
No. Tell us what you want to run and we handle the rest. If you can join a Discord server and have a node license, you are ready to go.
How do I pay?
Invoices are sent via email through Xero. You can pay with PayPal, or with a credit or debit card through Stripe.
Do you ever touch my wallet or rewards?
No. We only ask for the minimal information needed to host your node, such as how many of each node you want, an email for invoicing, and any API key the ecosystem requires. You never have to connect a wallet to use our services.
